Order<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious incorrect prices, technical problems or suspected fraud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices and payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment<\/strong><br>We use Stripe as our payment solution. You can pay with a debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay if supported. Your payment details are handled by Stripe according to applicable security standards (PCI-DSS). We never store your card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We deliver within Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery method<\/strong><br>We send packages with DHL and PostNord to agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery time<\/strong><br>Normal delivery time is 1\u20135 business days. Right of withdrawal and return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conditions for returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The item must be unused, in new condition and in original packaging if available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns must be reported before the item is sent back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to make a return<\/strong><br>Contact us at <a>info@annalija.com<\/a> with your order number and information about which products you want to return. You will then receive instructions on how to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may refuse returns if the item is not in a condition that enables further sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Complaints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a product is faulty, you have the right to complain under the Consumer Sales Act. The right to complain is valid for three years from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of a complaint, you should contact us via email and describe the error and attach a picture or video showing the problem. When the complaint is approved, a replacement product will be offered in the first place, followed by a repair and, ultimately, a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
